Rocktober always goes too fast, but you can catch that sweet light earlier and earlier if there aren't too many clouds. :)
ReplyDeletei love this image! i keep seeing stephanie-images all around this fall. i was walking under the huge oaks in salem's bush park last weekend and was seeing this kind of light play all over.
ReplyDeletei love the idea of slanting light, and of leaves turning or me turning my head a different way to slant the light if it won't bend that way on its own.
ReplyDeleteI feel like I can't absorb enough these days. The colors change by the hour. Everything is so rich and impermanent. A painting is an attempt at permanence, to hold something fleeting intact against nature. Problem is I can't get it right today...
